About the Job :
We are seeking a meticulous and driven Software Tester to join our team at RFCHH. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products before they reach our customers. Your role will involve designing and executing tests, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and security.
You will work with both manual and automated testing tools to assess product quality at various stages of development. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering error-free software will help us maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and continuously improve our product offerings.

Responsibilities :
Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.
Conduct manual and automated testing to identify software defects, performance issues, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and resolve bugs and ensure timely fixes.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.
